Breakfastb

It is obviously stated but eating a good breakfast sets you up for the day and helps healthy weight management.

It may surprise most to know that a full English breakfast does not need to be a bad thing. If you grill or bake most of the ingredients, filling the plate up with plenty of veg/beans you make it reasonably healthy.

If you then take the fat off the bacon and use chicken or low fat sausages (and also  low fat Quorn sausages) it is even better.

Eggs can be scrambled using ‘no fat’ crème fraiche and fried in a non-stick pan using 1 calorie spray oil.

Eat healthily does not mean you have to eat small quantities and in fact maintaining favourites and a reasonable quantity makes it easier to manage and sustaina healthy diet. Look for your favourites and then find the best way of cooking them.

There are, of course, alternatives as well.
